The birth of a premature child or a child with a pathology is a story that begins with a lot of pain, for the little one and his family.

The efforts and objectives of all the professional figures who operate in a Neonatology and Neonatal Intensive Care department are aimed day by day, moment by moment, at changing the ending of this story.

We hope that from today, and hopefully for a long time from now on, the little warriors of Neonatology at San Camillo Forlanini in Rome will have many more fans.

OUR MISSION

TOGETHER WE ARE HELPING AND SUPPORTING THE NEONATOLOGY AND NEONATAL INTENSIVE THERAPY DEPARTMENT OF THE SAN CAMILLO HOSPITAL IN ROME

We are at their side in a place where time passes slowly and reality is made of thermal cots, incubators, acoustic sensors and intubated children.

OUR HELP, WITHOUT YOU, WILL BE USELESS.

IT IS YOU, WITH YOUR DONATION, WHO MAKES NORMALITY BECOME A LESS DISTANT DREAM FOR THOSE NEWBORNS.

HOW "AEDN" WAS BORN

Emiliano Di Nardo was a well-known Italian journalist... a "gentle giant", a friend to everyone... one of those timeless figures, capable of helping anyone without ever saying no.

After the scooter accident that led him to face 16 months of coma, before leaving us in January 2019, we, the family, understood that the best and most beautiful way to ensure that Emiliano remained among us was to create an Association that bore his name.

Thus the Emiliano Di Nardo Association was born... and it starts right from where everything "stopped"... the San Camillo Hospital in Rome.

We won't do anything special, we will simply deceive death, ensuring that Emiliano is here every day, alongside  all those “little” newborns who face death first to still be able to start living!

Short film created to tell part of Emiliano Di Nardo's story,

all proceeds are donated entirely to the association.
